In my years of working with clients, I have found a common theme, the natural rhythms of the day, night, and seasons are out of sync.
Our culture stays up late, eats late, overeats, eats on the run, and consumes a poor diet. We are overstressed, overstimulated, overwhelmed, tired, and inflamed.
Our bodies have lost the ability to regenerate, to heal, and our metabolisms are breaking down, causing inflammation in the body. This downward trajectory is resulting in more DIS-EASE.
