The first phase we will prepare and ease into the cleanse, letting go of processed foods, sugar, coffee, alcohol, etc. In the second phase, we will go deeper into the detox and allow the body to rest and let go of waste and unwanted habits. In the third phase, we will ease out and rejuvenate the body. You will receive a detox eBook with recipes, meditation and movement practices, and resources to support you throughout the cleanse. Weekly live calls are included to give you the opportunity to ask questions and receive support as you move through the process.
